Morfeo
Morfeo is the dimensional ravine of a fluid space in motion, it's a rift overlooking into the void of a silent Universe,
the region where the thin lines between memory and imagination, suond, matter and time cease to exist.
The project sprouted from a late autumn multimedia creative session. The Julia Set Crew members were sharing thoughts about sensorial distortion and social deprivation. They toyed recursively with the idea of outer-boundaries and with the act of ripping off the limits of reality. This kicked-off “Morfeo” as a visual-hearing transitional experience that merges together melting space scenarios with the limits of our imagination. Music is an organic part of the whole called “Morfeo”.
As a sound composition, it mixes analog sounds obtained from live sessions on modular synths and sounds and rhythms of Kepler and Saturn space.
