Flux Capacitor
Flux Capacitor is an experimental short film composed entirely from live action footage. The investigation about fractal form in nature inspired the making of this work. The images were made with handcrafted solid models dipped in soap. The surface tension of the soap creates a temporary additional dimension (hypercubes, 5-cell) which is able, when is illuminated by uv lights, to create many hypnotic shapes and wonderful dynamics. The work is completed with a sound research that would create a cosmic and surreal imagery. Analog synthesizers, ambient recording and space sounds, used as rhythmic/harmonic elements.
