MISHIKATOMO

MISHIKATO (Cristiano Ferracuti) is a composer, musician, sound designer.

He trained at the University of Music in Rome and at the CMA in Pescara with G. Continenza. He joins the PCNSTV, ITALIAN CROSSOVER BAND, with which he has several live experiences in national and international circuits.

He then moved to Madrid and experimented with different musical styles, taking an interest in a wide range of musical genres and techniques, from flamenco to electronic.

After acquiring certified technical skills in the use of software including Ableton Live and Logic, Reaper begins to combine his mainly sound activity with video editing, qualifying himself as a certified video editor.

To date, as a composer and sound designer, he has created projects for video game soundtracks, commercials and short films. He works as a freelance with various international publishers in Italy, America and England, on commission for MTV, Volkswagen, Mediaset.

He currently specializes in Ambisonic techniques and has initiated experimental research on sound ranging from the use of acoustic instruments, synthesizers and analog modules, to the exploration of noise.
